HSE Technician (field based)
In this position you will re-iterate key messages from the Policy and Objectives and roll out critical tasks generated during the HSE Case development process. You will monitor contractors for correct execution of their own procedure and performance against targets (HSE Targets, Drills Performance) and inform the facility crew. You will ensure monthly HSE reporting requirements are completed on time and report incidents in the field immediately to Tripoli and follow up on actions from incidents/audits/inspections etc relating to the facility.
Qualifications: You will need to have industry recognized qualifications with a minimum of 5 years experience in HSE in support of Well Delivery, materials control and inventory management. You need to be computer literal in material control systems and Microsoft related applications.
Assistant Customs & Inventory based in Tripoli
In this post you will need to arrange customs clearance for Shell Exploration & Production Libya GmbH and contractor materials and maintain relevant records. You will provide assistance in inventory management transaction processing and maintain logistics section admin and compile Key Performance Indicators and performance data.
Qualifications: To qualify, you must have Diploma level qualifications with a minimum of 3 years experience in logistics operations, custom clearance or inventory management, including logistics in support of well delivery, materials and inventory management. You need to be computer literal in material control systems and Microsoft related applications.
Operating within the Head of Business Support in the operations team, you will liaison between operations staff and other departments to develop schedules for all major works, support staff in developing the required detailed schedules that are consistent and ensuring the work meets scheduled promises and costs by providing timely and accurate analysis and forecasting of project schedules. You will need to ensure regular follow-up of schedules, action and mitigation plans. At the same time you will need to manage forecasts for material consumption and tracking of equipment deliveries with input from Well Engineers and Drilling Logistics in order to maintain integrated planning schedule.
Qualifications: To be considered, you must have industry-recognized qualifications with a minimum of 10 years experience in Planning and Scheduling in support of Major Construction works and Project Management. Computer literate in spreadsheet control systems, Gantt charts, Primavera planning and Microsoft related applications.
You will be responsible for providing technical consulting in quality assurance, quality control, measurements, reports and industry requirements. You need to analyze quality information, coordinating quality surveillance and reviewing supplier Process Control Plans. You will be evaluating suppliers including production capability; reviewing quality systems (ISO 9000), supplier appraisals, coordinating quality surveillance etc. The role also involves chairing pre and post-production meetings with suppliers, engineers and third party inspectors.
Qualifications: To qualify you must have industry-recognized qualifications with a minimum of 10 years experience in Quality Assurance and Control in support of Major Construction Works and Project Management.
Transport Planner based in Tripoli
Your brief here will be to coordinate all Tripoli vehicles for airport pick-up and business travel, flight requests and manifest preparation and with coordinate with field-based transport planner for passenger travel from/to interior locations. You will be responsible for running the Tripoli based vehicles and manage 8 Shell drivers. In this role you will also be responsible for maintaining approved driver and vehicle register for Shell Libya operations and In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) for Tripoli fleet.
Qualifications: To be considered for this position you need to have a transport or logistics recognized qualifications with a minimum of 2 years experience transport planning an be literate in Microsoft applications. You will also need basic knowledge of fixed wing air operations and fleet management and IVMS systems.
Transport Planner in Marsa El Brega
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating all cargo and passenger land transport in Shell EP Libya operations area. You will act as a Journey Manager/Transport planner for Shell EP Libya, responsible for day-to-day management of heavy good vehicles land transport. In this role you will need to ensure transport services are provided and act as dispatcher for Shell EP Libya chartered flight at Brega.
Qualification: You will need to have transport or logistics recognized qualifications with a minimum of 2 years experience transport planning literate in MS applications. You will also need basic knowledge of fixed wing air operations and fleet management and IVMS systems.
